Step 1: Consultation
We’ll discuss: your symptoms, when they started, and your overall health history—to understand you, not just your pain.
Step 2: Assessment
Includes:
- Movement and posture analysis
- Orthopedic testing
- Computerized spinal scan
- Foot & gait assessment when needed
Step 3: Initial Care (on Visit 1)
Most patients receive their first gentle adjustment the same day once safety is confirmed.
- Light-force Activator/Impulse adjusting
- Supportive or soft-tissue therapy if required
- Advice to reduce irritation immediately
Step 4: Report of Findings (Visit 2)
You’ll receive:
- Printed spinal scan and orthotic scan (if done)
- Personalized stretch and strength plan
- Discussion of causes & treatment options
- Your recommendations for care moving forward
Step 5: Ongoing Phases
- Phase 1: Pain Relief
- Phase 2: Stability & Movement
